It all started in 2017 …

Long ago I learned the art of pierogi making. Many people would ask for a dozen when they would hear about it. For years I would make 20 or more dozen at a time, and wind up with two dozen left after giving them all away.

In 2017, a friend asked me, “why don’t you sell these, they are so good?!” And I thought, “Friend, you are right.”

After doing this on the side for many years, I decided to follow my passion and pursue making pierogi full time. Everyone loves to eat these ugly little dumplings, but let’s be honest, most people don’t enjoy (or don’t have the time) to make them homemade.

There is no bigger joy than seeing the fruits of your labor enjoyed by those around you. I hope we get to know each other a bit. Please share with me, and I will continue to share with you!
